ABOUT SØREN BRINKMANN
Søren Brinkmann is an attorney-at-law and partner at Brinkmann Kronborg Henriksen. Søren advises on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity and venture capital, crowdfunding, international commercial contracts and strategic alliances, as well as on general corporate matters. Søren heads our Banking and Finance and our Private Equity industry teams and has extensive experience communicating with public authorities, including the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Danish Business Authority.
Søren represents several Danish and international financial institutions, private equity and venture capital funds, lenders and a number of leading Danish companies. Søren also has in-depth experience advising other regulated businesses within, e.g. the biotech and pharma industries.

Søren is an active board member in, for example, Nordens A/S (a manager of alternative investment funds (AIFM)), as well as in businesses in the real estate industry. Søren has many years of experience as a board member in a Danish bank, a credit payment institute and is on the advisory board in corporate finance advisory businesses.
Søren is an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen’s School of Law in the course “The Law of Private Equity” and has written several legal and commercial articles and chapters of books. Søren often speak at seminars and conferences and is used as commentator in international media about Danish relations, e.g.: FTSE, Private Equity News, Legal Business, Legal Weekly, Financier Worldwide, Acquisitions Monthly and Corporate International.
